Shiv Sena MP Ravindra Gaikwad Beats 60 years Old Air India Officer

Shiv Sena MP Ravindra Gaikwad, who was angry over being placed in an economy class despite having an open business class ticket, beat a 60-year-old Air India official 25 times with his sandals and torn his shirt. Air India has filed two reports against MP to beat its officer and delay the flight for more than 40 minutes. Apart from this, a committee has been constituted to investigate the case.

Official sources said that Air India flight AI-852 from Pune landed at around 10.30 am on Indira Gandhi International Airport in New Delhi. However, MP Ravindra Gaikwad  from Osmanabad Lok Sabha constituency of Maharashtra, refused to step down from flight.

On this, 60-year-old Duty Manager of Air India, Sukumar approached Shiv Sena MP and tried to convince him. Gaikwad got furious, took off his sandals and began to beat him. Gaikwad said, "He will complain to Modi. I hit him 25 times with my sandals.

I am a member of Shiv Sena, not BJP who will tolerate such kind of bad behavior. I will not even apologize. ' Gaikwad also said that he has lodged complaint of this incident to Loksabha Speaker Sumitra Mahajan. On the other hand, Air India sources said that this flight of Air India is old and has only  economy class. Therefore, the MP could not allocate the business class seat.

At the same time, Civil Aviation Minister Ashok Gajapati Raju also said that such an incident should be condemned and no one should support it. If MP had any problem, he should have filed a written complaint in the airline.
