REPORT OF CORRUPTION STOPS RK NAGAR BY-POLL

Report of Corruption Stops RK Nagar By-poll

The cloud of corruption has shrouded the sky of RK Nagar By-poll; the Election commission has declared a stay on the date of election, after several complaints of bribing and manipulation. The next date is due for announcement.

The RK Nagar assembly seat has remained vacant after the sad demise of Jayalalitha. The by-polls were announced to fill the gap. But it has been reported to the EC that the contesting parties are bribing voters and violating the laws of election. The Income Tax report reveals that an amount of Rs 89 crore has been circulated in the constituency.

Report says that the Sasikala faction of AIADMK has tried to manipulate the results of by-poll in RK Nagar to occupy late Jayalalitha’s position, by giving an amount of 4000 to each voter. The Election commission is keen on taking stringent action to bring an end to the whole affair of corruption.
